Shipping & Delivery

Orders received on business days before 15:00 are shipped the same day and delivered the next business day within the Netherlands. Orders received after 15:00 or on weekends are shipped next business day.

Our parcels are sent and delivered by United Parcel Service (UPS) . If no one was able to receive the shipment on the confirmed delivery date UPS will leave an InfoNotice showing a new date for the next delivery attempt. Normally this will be the next business day.

After three delivery attempts UPS will hold the shipment for five business days to give the customer time to make arrangements to receive their packages, after this periode the shipment will be returned to us. The InfoNotice contains a reference number. This number enables you to track your shipment, reschedule the delivery date and delivery options. Shipping costs
Shipping costs* apply to shipments < EUR 100.00 (ex vat)
Shipping costs* apply to shipments ≥ EUR 100.00 (ex vat) outside the Netherlands.
Free delivery for shipments ≥ EUR 100.00 (ex vat) within the Netherlands.

Handling charge
Orders < EUR 100.00 are charged with EUR 7.50 handling charge.
