RMA (Returns with Authorization)

Despite our utmost care to dispatch your orders correctly and deliver products with a sound quality it can happen that something goes wrong. In this case, you as a registered customer can use our online return procedure. After logging in you can request an RMA through your account.

We know the following return reasons:

Damaged on arrival (DOA)

If the product you ordered is defective upon receipt or if it is damaged during shipping we will consider the product as "damaged on arrival". In this case, we will replace the defective product.

Procedure:

  1. We must receive your request within 2 business days after receiving the product. After 2 business days the right of return expires.
  2. After we have received and verified your request we will send you a confirmation.
  3. After approval, we will replace the defective product free of charge.
  4. If necessary, we will collect or ask you to return us the defective product for research and to improve our services.
Defective within warranty
Despite delivering products with a sound quality, it can - in few cases - occur that during normal use a product becomes defective. If the product is within it's warranty periode we will repair or if necessary replace the product.

Procedure:

  1. After we have received and verified your request we will send you a confirmation.
  2. After approval, we ask you to return the defective product. Costs for return are on own account.
  3. Upon receipt of the defective product, we will repair the product. If repair is not possible, we will replace the product.
  4. The repaired or replacement product will be returned to you free of charge.
Defective out of warranty
Despite delivering products with a sound quality, it can - in few cases - occur that during normal use a product becomes defective. When the product is out of warranty , we can try to repair the product . If repair is not possible, we will quote you a new product.

Procedure:

  1. After we have received and verified your request we will send you a confirmation.
  2. After approval, we ask you to return the defective product. Costs for return are on own account.
  3. Upon receipt of the defective product, we will assess whether repair is possible . If repair is not possible, we will quote you a new product.
  4. Costs for repair or a new product will be communicated through a quotation. After the quotation is approved, we will repair or replace the product.
  5. If you do not wish to use the offer we will return the defective product. Shipping costs for return are on own account.
  6. If you do not wish the defective product to be returned, we will destroy it free of charge.
Wrong delivery
If the product delivered does not match the ordered product or when the product is different from the packing list we have shipped the wrong product. In this case, we will replace the wrong product.

Procedure:

  1. We must receive your request within 5 business days after receiving the product. After 5 business days the right of return expires.
  2. After we have received and verified your request we will send you a confirmation.
  3. After approval, we will send the correct product free of charge.
  4. If necessary, we will collect or ask you to return the wrong product free of charge.
Incorrectly ordered
It may happen that a product has been incorrectly ordered. Since we supply low priced products, it is in most cases not economically sensible to offer them for exchange. If, in an exceptional case, you wish to exchange the wrong product, we can support this request.


Procedure:
  1. We must receive your request within 3 business days after receiving the product. After 3 business days the right of return expires.
  2. After we have received and verified your request we will send you a confirmation.
  3. Shipping cost for returning and exchange of the wrong product are on own account. Incorrectly ordered items will not be credited.
  4. We charge costs for restocking at the height of 30% of the original (total) purchase price with a minimum of EUR 15.00.

General

General terms for return after approval:

  1. Upon approval of your request, we must receive your return within 5 business days. After 5 business days the right of return expires and the request is closed.
  2. 'DOA', 'Wrong delivered' and 'Incorrect ordered' products must be returned in original condition and packaging. The packaging must not be fitted with inscriptions, stickers, labels, tape, address details and/or similar.
  3. Shipments must be returned with sufficient postage, copy RMA form and the correct products for which an RMA is requested.
  4. Shipments that do not meet these terms will be rejected.
